- Ein Senior Consultant ist ein Unternehmensberater mit mindestens 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung. Senior Consultants bieten ihre fachliche Beratung als Dienstleistung an. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Kunden zusammen, da diese das nötige Betriebswissen zum Beratungsprozess vermitteln. Senior Consultants stellen Situationsanalysen auf, Zielformulierungen, Konzeptentwicklungen, Konzeptpräsentationen und dann erst erfolgt die Umsetzung (oder Implementierung) und das Maßnahmencontrolling. Im Maßnahmencontrolling prüft der Senior Consultant inwiefern die gesetzten Ziele erreicht wurden. Senior Consultants sind in der Unternehmensberatung tätig.
